Welsh Rarebit- at least in this case- is a thick cheddar cheese sauce with a meaty robust flavor. For those of you who don't know, but would find it embarrassing to ask. ( I didn't know until I made it.)

Ahhh! Every time I see the Welsh Rarebit, is think Welsh Rabit. Then I think GROSS.Great job on the food Mary and Jane. Sure with I was up thar helpin' out!
